Sim Racing Dash for Forza Horizon 4 is a telemetry application designed for use with Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One. The app operates by establishing UDP communication with the Forza Horizon 4 game, allowing users to view a range of telemetry data.

Upon detecting Forza Horizon 4 on the same wireless LAN, the app initiates UDP communication to receive telemetry data from the game. Users are required to enable UDP telemetry in the Game Settings for proper functionality.

The telemetry data that can be accessed via this app includes Engine RPM, Throttle, Brake, Gear Position, Speed, Lap Num, Car Position, Fuel levels, Current Lap Time, Last Lap Time, Best Lap Time, Tire Temperature, Current Engine Power, Current Engine Torque, Current Engine Boost, Car Class, Current Performance Index, Drive Train Type, and Number of Cylinders.
